Registration and Fees

Registration and payment of the registration fees is a prerequisite for an abstract to be included in the final programme. Download the registration form (to be sent by FAX to +39 0776 2993905)

Costs
Registration fee (includes proceeding, all scientific materials, coffee breaks, participation certificate):

• Early registration (before March 31st): € 200
• Regular registration (after April 1st): € 300
• One day registration: € 100
• Social activites (tecnichal visit and gala dinner): € 100 (free for Erasmus Mundus PhD students)

The registration is free for

• Erasmus Mundus PhD students
• PhD Students of ETeCoS3 Partners and Associated Members
• PhD students supervised by GITISA members

Payment details
In order to complete the registration, a scanned copy of the registration fee payment documentation should be sent via e-mail to the address: erasmusmundus.etecos3@unicas.it or via FAX to the number: +39 07762993905
